At Pamper Nail Gallery, we want you to love your purchase; however, due to the hygienic nature of beauty products and custom press-on sets, returns are only accepted for unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

  Place the unused products back in their original professional packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our gallery team inspects the returned items for hygiene compliance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
